Darwin the concept album

Those of us old enough to remember the 70's can remember those twin peaks of cultural evolution, 'prog rock' and the 'concept album'. When pop music tried to evolve into something totally grand and meaningful and ended up looking totally ridiculous... Via The Rough Guide to Evolution I have come across what may well be a classic in this field: a concept album called Darwin! by an Italian prog rock bank called 'Banco del Mutuo Soccorso'. I look forward to any reviews of this lost classic...

    Pink Floyd, King Crimson-ridiculous?!!

    PLUS prog rock and concept albums are making a comeback, Mastodon, Porcupine Tree, Queensryche etc. leading the charge.

    anyways this is a really cool find!
